Recap of the week, yo 14:33 Saturday, Sept. 09, 2006 YAHHHHH. I haven't really updated for a while. Well, it's a while for me. Let's see, SO, on Friday, September 1st, I went to watch Accepted with Ashley, Nataly, and Amy. It was actually pretty good and that Mac guy is cute in it. :D Justin Long? I dunno. Amy was saying that he was the love interest in Crossroads, that lame Britney Spears movie, but I thought I heard her say "the PC guy" so I was really confused because he's sort of old and chunky and I kept asking if she was sure. hahah. The movie has some of that cheese factor but I liked it and it was totally worth the four bucks that AMC now charges if you watch a movie before 12pm. Heck yeah. Well, it's five in most places. After that we went to Old Country Cafe or something and ate lunch. I had like three cups of boba milktea with red beans and I didn't feel right for the rest of the day. haha. I went with Nataly and Tamara to Old Town but I felt rather poor so I didn't buy much. I'm still waiting for that H&M to open...even though there's going to be one at the mall I work at. But everything in Old Town is better! :D The next day (Wenderita's birthday) I went with Ursh, Tamara, and Nat to Universal City Walk to meet up with Wendy and Alan. We walked around a little but it was kind of super crowded and people were sort of looking at us because we decided to play dress-up for this event. We ate at Bubba Gump's for din din. So classy :D! They gave her this cute little cake and stuff. It was fun. I love Bubba Gump's! After walking around some more, we went back to Wendy's house to open presents, play Clue, and eat Chinese cake. We ended up sitting on the couches and talking until like 3am. The next day was Ashley's bbq. There was good food and such. I love the noodley salad thing! Jawohl. We met some of her Davis friends and we played Clue again but I don't think the others were very into it. haha. After most people left, we stayed behind and talked again. At one point we talked about how we don't like guys with girly hands. hahaha. We ended up leaving at 2 something I think. I didn't do much this week.. I went to work a couple times and I've been catching up on Lost. I'm almost done with the second season. It is just so intense. Oh yeah, I was invited to dimsum by Tracy and we went to this one place that I don't really like that much. It was kind of fun observing them though because it was not a normal thing for some of the people there. Afterwards we had boba at Ten Ren's and then after that I went to Wendy's house with Ashley and we tried to use Ashley's new sewing machine but had to give up after a while. We just talked and sat around and took pictures of Ashleyback. I also made a video of Wendy's new dance move. It was fun times. :] Yesterday I had dinner with Amy, Wendy, Nat and Ashley at SinBaLa. It was a mini reunion. It's so exciting to hear Amy speak Mandarin. haha. She's like better than a lot of people who are full Chinese. We also had shaved ice. It was pretty good except for the almond jello or whatever that was. That had a weird taste to it. Wendy and I had to go to work, where, luckily, the manager wanted to get out really early so we got out by 10 something. It was funny though because we were trying to remember the name of someone's sister and it was killing us because we couldn't remember one bit. We got desperate and she called Nat, who somehow remembered even though she didn't really hang out with her that much. haha.
