Love love looove 01:50 Tuesday, Aug. 29, 2006 I suppose I fall in love too easily. The reason why I really got stopped by customs was because I had people in my luggage. Hey, I'm not made out of money. I had to ship my two husbands back somehow. Yeah, like that's even possible. Oh and before getting on that plane, for the first time, and of all places (these people not being very fluent in Engrish and all), someone noticed the difference between my name on my ticket and my name on my passport. I thought I was totally busted because the lady at the counter made a phonecall, but she just changed the name on the ticket and let me go. Wooo! Anywho, I spent most of yesterday watching Kyle XY. The commercials were enticing, but not so much as to lure me into watching. There happened to be a marathon on, so I figured I'd catch an ep, only to find myself hooked for the next eight hours. Don't worry, I was organizing my closet while watching....because I was so entranced by it that I carried my TV upstairs to my room. Thank goodness we switched to DSL because I would've had to choose between shutting off the internet and watching otherwise, which would've broken my heart. Anyway, I think Kyle's a cutie and so adorable because the character is so innocent. The story is kind of predictable and there is a Smallville-esque feel about it, especially with the love interest already having a boyfriend and him not stepping in and such--I wouldn't be surprised if Charlie went off to war too--but I like it nonetheless and I'm looking forward to next season, though that is quite a ways away. Recently, I've discovered a newfound love for Wang Lee Hom. He is so cute and talented. I love how all the awesome singers' bios say that they were extremely shy before making it big and some still are and whatnot. It adds to their appeal. What makes him extremely awesome, though, is that he's an ABC and wasn't fluent in Chinese until he took it in college. He's such a supergenius! Unfortunately he's been rumored to be dating Shu Qi and I don't like her and her sausage lips all too much. Oh oh and Sunday, I went to Melrose Place! With high expectations, I must add, which were squashed pretty quickly. I didn't witness any manstealing or people getting pushed into a pool at all. So disappointing. Fortunately, my new Paul&Joe thermal raised my spirits. We also walked around..er..I don't know what street it was, but it was near Fairfax High School. It was a fun street with lots o' stuff to look at. For dinner we ate Brazilian BBQ and I felt like I was going to have a heart attack after from all that goodness. I suppose I can't handle lots of meat. Oh yeah and earlier on, while talking on the phone outside of some store my sister and her friends went into, I think I saw Doug Robb, the lead singer of Hoobastank. I'm not totally sure, but if it wasn't, that guy totally looked just like him. It is Melrose, after all.. He looked like he was in a hurry and I was by myself, so I didn't really want to say anything to him. Plus, it would have been very rude to interrupt Michelle on the phone. haha. Speaking of Michelle, I'm supposed to be in NorCal but my parental units said no. Actually, it was just my dad. He was afraid that the people I was going up with would kidnap me or something worse. Asian parents are so paranoid. I was all excited to see Susan's new place and stuff in Berkeley, but I guess that'll have to wait.. School is in less than a month!
