HEY. 03:32 Sunday, Dec. 11, 2005 Good morning! I am currently eating cup noodles. I don't know why but I like to eat them late at night to satisfy my snack attack. HUm..soo UHhh. Friday..I did not do much. I built a water wheel thing out of popsicle sticks for my brother's project. Other than that... I can't really think of anything else I did. OH YEAH. I freaking went to get boba with G-face. haha. It was disgusting because I was in like bum clothes and we went to the mall like that...I went to work to get my schedule and everyone was looking at me like, Ew, you don't even belong here. That's one reason why I hate my workplace. haha. It's just the daytime. My shift is okay. The people make me feel really self conscious in the daytime. We also went to the pet store. OMG the puppies are so freaking cute. Too bad they eat each other's poop. That's pretty nasty. Saturday I went to the mall with Wendy and we just walked around and stuff but didn't buy anything. Parking was a biyatch! OMG I hate parking. haha. I almost hit someone backing up but they should've seen me there in the first place. GOSH. I was like halfway outside of my spot [which took me like a freaking half hour to find] when they were backing up. And the lady next to me kept dogging me. Sigh. I felt kinda sad after that whole blehness. Little did I know..it was foreshadowing for an incident that would take place before work. Some girl, who was way ahead of us when my mom stopped the car, began to back up at full speed and backed into our car. Oddly, it only left a little scratch, so my mom said to just forget about it. The girl kept saying she was really late for work and when I asked her where she worked, it turned out that it was the same place as me. hahaha. Coinkidink. Interesting night. I didn't really talk to her. Meh. I didn't really talk much to anyone actually. Not until the end at least. HUM.. Oh yeah..I was up late last night because I looked at Yahoo and saw news about rural villages in China, so I clicked and there was a picture of this guy and underneath it said he was PRESIDENT. And it was not who I thought was president at the time, so I was like...HUH?? So I decided to investigate further and it was just all so interesting that it kept leading to other things and I stayed up for a long time reading about Chinese leaders and such. haha. The guy I thought was president, Jiang Zemin, actually stepped down three years ago. Yeah, I'm pretty embarrassed of myself. haha. Sooo I was reading about Mr. Jiang on Wikipedia when I noticed that it said his predecessor was Yang Shangkun and I was like..hey...that's not Deng Xiaoping. So then I looked him up too as well as Yang Shangkun. It turns out Deng Xiaoping didn't even hold one of the three powerful positions and he was just super awesome on his own. haha. It's crazy how influential he was without having to be president or anything. And Mao was such a jerk to him. Geez. Oh and the reason Jiang Zemin retired, some speculate, was because the new president, Hu Jintao and his premier guy, Wen Jiabao, and some of their partay friends pressured him into stepping down. haha. So much drama with the Chinese!
