It was a 7-hour road trip!! Allison and I picked up ALI!! at Santa Barbara and the whole time we were SOOOOOOO EXCITED! Every once in a while, it'd be like..WOO YEAH! We finally got there at 2:30 and there was this guard at the entrance of the campus who almost wouldn't let us in because we weren't on a stupid guestlist. Blah. After like a 20 minute drive in what felt like the middle of nowhere, we finally found where Jason lives. There were DEER walking around! THEN we freaking surprised Daryl's face off because he didn't know we were coming that day. haha. The first night, I felt very unwelcome [NOT BECAUSE OF DARYL. HE TOLD ME TO MAKE SURE EVERYONE KNOWS THAT] and I had a lot of trouble sleeping. I pretty much didn't sleep at all. Part of the reason is because I got crammed into the crack between the wall and the bed because I was sharing the bed. I decided I didn't like the awkward tension and wasn't going to be a burden any longer, so we sort of invited ourselves to stay at Jason Markham's with Ali. Oh and Susan joined us! :D! The first real day that we were there, we went downtown and ate and shopped, etc. It's a nice place. I like. At 4:40ish, we picked up Susan at the Metro station. It was so exciting! I saw her walking our way and I was like, OMG SUSANNNN!! And we ran over there to hug her! :D Because there were so many people, Daryl and I had to trunk it. It was fun. haha. We went back to the school and moved all our stuff into Jason's room. I don't remember what we did to pass the time.. I think we just hung out at Daryl's. Around 7 or so, we headed out to go watch The Weather Man. There were so many parts that were funny but the movie just didn't go together very well. haha. Camel toe!! Afterwards, we went back to campus again. I really wanted a burrito from Daryl's so Susan and I got our burritos and walked back. Allison and Ali totally disappeared. After a while, we called them and found out they were at Daryl's dorm place. Blargh. haha. So we walked back and I fell asleep in the lounge. We walked back to Jason's again..all these places are so far from each other and it's scary because they live in the forest! Anyway, I just went straight to bed because I was soooooooooo tired. Next day, we went to the boardwalk or whatever and hung out. I really like it! :D There were these funhouse mirrors that were very entertaining for a while. Daryl and I played that weird game. I can't remember what it's called again. But we have to move our hands. hahaha. I LOVE IT! Mainly because it makes us look like idiots. There was this one guy who was playing it before us who was like such a gamehog. He only left the machine because he ran out of tokens so we totally claimed it. After we were done with the last round, he was like IN OUR FACES. He didn't even wait for us to leave, he just like walked in between us. GOSH. So anywho, we had to drop Susan off at the station and it was very sad because Allison, Ali and I didn't even get to say bye since we went to park :[ When we were walking out, Ali kept saying, "Press the button for a ticket" because of that stupid machine. haha. hMm..after that....we went to get Jamba :D Then back to the dormo to hang and stuff. We watched Mean Girls on Ali's laptop. That movie is so funny.. Didn't feel like going out to eat, so we ordered Chinese food. Ali and Allison read their weird fortunes aloud and I decided I wanted to know what my future held as well, so I opened mine and it said, "Your greatest dream will come true." WOW! Unfortunately, it didn't say when or anything..but at least it's coming true! When I read that, I immediately thought of that Cinderella song. A dream is a wishhhh your heart makes! Then Allison started singing it. Mind reader! And they asked me what it was but I'm really not that sure. I thought I knew but then I realized I have another dream that might be of equal greatest dream-ness. We talked a while and bonded and such. Then Jason gave us a slideshow of Belize and his Europe backpacking-ish trip. It was so cool! I want to live an exciting life. haha. There was this one picture of this man in some weird pink costume and we figured there was a pink person in every country and the one in our country is the pink ladyman in downtown Santa Cruz. I think they could be friends. The ladyman in Santa Cruz is really scary... he just walks around and stares at people and he has all this hot pink eyeshadow on and like a parasol and stuff. It's weird. They did a lot of cool stuff in Europe. Afterward, Allison and I went over to Daryl's place to hang out since it was our last night and so Allison could get her Naruto. We sat around for a while. Problems occured. Tension. :O! BUT THEN..the wonderful world of astronomy opened closed doors. hahaha. That was corny. We sort of bonded while stargazing on my newly purchased beach mat. I saw three shooting stars! YEAH! It wasn't even the peak! That's one of the things I loved about the school. They're like not surrounded by city and stuff. Woo! So I made two wishes that were the same and the last one I can't really even remember anymore. If the first two don't come true then my life sucks. haha. But..I think the stars know what I wish for most :] I believe! haha. Anyway, there were these raccoons that came out and they kept coming really close to me and I would start stomping so they'd go away. I don't want rabies! Daryl got one of them to lick his hand because he wanted to get out of working -_- We made this video later on for George Chen. Allison kept putting the camera at her butt. -_-.. It was quite late, so Allison and I went back to Jason's place and got three hours of sleep. I had to sleep in this little sliver for floorspace but it wasn't as bad as the first night because I wasn't as bummed, I guess. I totally felt awake when I got up! I cleaned up my shizz and walked over to Daryl's place so we could watch Smallville together. It was a good ep! YES! I think what makes an ep better is watching it with my awesome friend. After that, Allison and Ali came and it was time to go :[ I gave Ash and G-face hugs and left for the rooooad. The trip was seven hours again but it was daylight when we got back since we left at like 9:15. Good times! Thank to everyone who made it fun :] It's like a present on my tongue. hahaha. Oh and last night I watched LOVE ACTUALLY!!! I've been wanting to see it again for sooooooo long. It was funny because they took out the porn couple of the version Brian had because he got it from a Korean site or something and they're hardcore on censorship, I guess. Booo. NOVEMBER'S CHOPIN!!
